3. Purchase of eSIM and Activation
3.1. By purchasing an eSIM from becca mobile, the User enters into an agreement for the acquisition of the eSIM and agrees to comply with the charges outlined in the respective Data Plan.
3.3. becca mobile offers Data Plans corresponding to specific destinations. Availability of these Data Plans may be limited in certain jurisdictions. Users may purchase Data Plans directly through the website.
3.4. The User acknowledges the necessity of an unlocked, eSIM-compatible Device to access the eSIM service.
4. Duration and Termination
4.1. This Agreement takes effect upon eSIM purchase. After eSIM download and Data Plan activation, the eSIM remains on the Device post-consumption or expiration. Removal of the eSIM is at the User's discretion, preferably post-Data Plan consumption or expiry.
4.2. Termination occurs upon Data Plan expiration or consumption, or upon suspension by becca mobile due to breach of these Terms and Conditions.
5. Warranty
5.1. These Terms and Conditions supplement User statutory rights.
5.2. becca mobile provides no warranty or representation regarding eSIMs or the Service. All warranties, unless mandated by law, are expressly disclaimed.
5.3. becca mobile reserves the right to discontinue eSIM sale, provision, or support at its discretion.
6. Service Availability
6.1. becca mobile endeavors to maintain Service availability, subject to network capacity and connection availability of becca mobile and its service providers.
6.2. becca mobile may engage service providers without obligation to notify Users.
6.3. Service availability is not guaranteed under circumstances including network maintenance, uncovered areas, regulatory requirements, Device functionality, or external disruptions.
7. User Obligations
7.1. The User agrees to:

7.1.2. Adhere to applicable laws and regulations in the User's present or ordinary residency.
7.1.3. Refrain from fraudulent, criminal, or illegal activities impairing or damaging the network.
7.1.4. Abstain from unauthorized use or distribution of becca mobile's commercial information.
7.1.5. Exercise moderation in downloading, sending, or uploading content via the eSIM.
7.1.6. Respect the intellectual property rights of third parties.
7.2. The User agrees not to misuse Promotions offered for the Service. becca mobile reserves the right to suspend Service for breach of these Terms and Conditions, with Users remaining liable for associated charges.
8. Payment Terms
8.1. Users may register and purchase eSIMs through the website. Payment is processed by authorized agents of becca mobile.
8.2. All eSIMs are prepaid, with prices inclusive of applicable taxes. Taxes are determined based on the User's provided postal code.
9. Legal Right of Withdrawal
9.1. Users, acting as consumers, possess the legal right to withdraw from this Agreement within 14 days of eSIM purchase. The withdrawal period expires upon eSIM activation or consumption, with subsequent partial refunds proportional to eSIM or Data Plan value reduction.
10. Refund and Returns Policy
10.1. Refunds are contingent on eSIM non-activation or technical issues preventing usage.
10.2. Refunds may be partial or full for activated eSIMs, contingent on network issues or Device incompatibility.
10.3. Device compatibility is the User's responsibility. becca mobile disclaims liability for compatibility issues.
11. Intellectual Property Rights
11.1. The eSIM and website content are proprietary to becca mobile or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited without prior written consent.
12. Data Protection

13. Indemnity
